Coordinates event set-ups, tear-downs, technical (audio-visual) support and room changeovers for Maucker Union; meets with Maucker Union clients to determine event needs and provide customer service; provides on-site and after-hours event supervision as required; maintains accurate event information in the computer scheduling system; and provides supervision to student building managers and set-up crew.
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least one year of facilities management and/or event production experience required. Student experience will be considered.
Regular evening and weekend hours will be required.
Supervision experience in a facilities management or event production environment preferred. Experience with technical event support (audio-visual and sound) also preferred.
