Our Experiential Marketing department is seeking a talented individual to join their team. As our Event Manager, you will support our production team from design through delivery and oversee large scale Experiential Marketing events. Our client list is Fortune 1000 and our audiences are global.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this position include:
• Manage and direct BIW Creative and Production Process from Design through Delivery, with an emphasis on the design element
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Sales Teams to define client requirements
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Sales Teams to develop client solutions
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Production Teams to develop Event Budgets and Event Production Schedules
• Participate in Client Presentations when required
• Produce Events with high level of production value within established budgets
• Outline and Manage Production Schedules for all assigned Events
• Develop and Manage Production Budgets for all assigned Events
• Select, hire and direct selected vendors and CSP’s
• Hire and manage on-site Event Staff & Crews
• Manage all Post-Event requests
• Day to day tasks could include: Event Footprint design shopping, routing, staffing, daily job paperwork
• Write & price Experiential Marketing proposals
• Complete projects as assigned by Director
• Maintain a safe, ethical and legally compliant work environment
Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have a BS/BA in Marketing, Business or Advertising, and a minimum of eight plus years of direct experience as an event management. Candidates will also possess excellent verbal and written skills, basic accounting and budgeting skills, and be proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Additionally candidates will have:
• Ability to develop strong production teams
• Stellar Communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong production and technical skills
• Strong Creative background
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Budget estimating, management, and team leadership skills
• Ability to work numerous, back to back long hour days
• Ability to travel extensively – including weekends
