The Executive Administrative Assistant performs office organization functions, executive duties, and clerical support to assist the CEO ,CFO and Administration Team as may be assigned. The executive assistant serves as a representative in the daily communications between physicians, hospital CEO’s and Department Directors / Employees; business community; Delta Division staff, and with HCA Corporate staff
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology required

  • Minimum of three years secretarial experience, preferably in a health care or related field
  • Executive support experience prefered

Skills/Qualifications :
  • Requires excellent organizational, time management, composition, communication and computer skills
  • Professionalism and adaptability to departmental workload and potential deadline situations
  • Ability to work productively with departmental and hospital staff, patients, families, physicians and business related consumers
