Continental Technologies, Inc. (CTI) is searching for an Executive Account Manager (EAM) with a minimum of four years IT account management experience.
This individual will be responsible for delivering IT solutions and consultant services.
EAM will work with Project Manager, Senior Solutions Architect and Inside Sales Engineer to develop customized IT solutions and proposals.
EAM will ensure the close of contracts to meet company goals and continually work to achieve customer satisfaction.
Position offers a generous base salary plus commission, mileage/expense reimbursement, great benefits and a 401K with match, along with a work environment that encourages independence. Reports directly to the Vice President.
Minimum of four years of demonstrated Sales success, preferably selling enterprise or mid-market IT solutions - hardware, software or IT consulting services.
Goal driven, achievement oriented. High level of enthusiasm, confidence and professional poise. Strong work ethic and integrity.
Ability to work independently and be a strong team player.
A proven track record of Account Management and New Business Development.
General understanding of Network Architecture, Network Security and Disaster Recovery.
Strong Knowledge of the following compliance standards, such as HIPAA & Sarbanes-Oxley.
Strong strategic selling skills, as well as the ability to interact/sell effectively to all levels of buying influence (C-level, VP-level and Director-level) is required.
History of generating revenues and profits to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Leveraging and building relationships with key vendors (HP, Cisco, NetApp, Microsoft, Symantec, VMware, Citrix and APC).
Sourcing and qualifying leads, scheduling new appointments.
Excellent verbal, written, and time management skills.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and account profiles.
Solid PC proficiency utilizing Microsoft Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a CRM package.
