The successful applicant will perform diverse administrative duties with broad business responsibilities with a high level of contact and exposure to highly confidential information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for scheduling appointments as determined by priority; preparing and drafting correspondences, reports and other complex documents; coordinating travel schedules, arranging meetings and teleconference; preparing and timely submitting expense reports as requested by management; assisting with the development and design of improved administrative procedures to promote the timely processing and submission of all administrative deliverables; developing and implementing an efficient work flow by maintaining/archiving files and records; creating and maintaining departmental communications channels (e.g. email distribution lists). The Executive Administrative Assistant is also the custodian of office documents and records.
A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, secretarial science or related field with a minimum of 4 years of administrative or secretarial experience at the executive level, excellent skills utilizing Microsoft Office and Outlook to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
