The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support for the VP of Environmental Initiatives and team. This is a highly visible role, one that requires a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

Managing daily calendar, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements for the leader and/or her team members
Facilitating WW Headcount and expense reporting processes
Organizing and supporting staff meetings, teleconferences, global leadership off sites, and other events
Supporting all Facilities activities for the team
Supporting key team initiatives, playing a project management or analyst role. Key duties may include: support for team all-hands meetings, internal presentations, management of shared team information and resources on intranet/portals etc.
Experience creating and/or supporting presentation development for senior management. Experience in Keynote a plus

- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 4 + years experience supporting executive level management
