Executive Administrative Assistant-Southfield, MI
The Executive Administrative Assistant will enhance firm's effectiveness by providing administrative services to leadership team under minimal supervision.
Provide administrative support to Corporate Executives (e.g., word processing of
correspondence, proposals, permit applications, and reports, proofreading/editing documents for grammar,
spelling, punctuation and formatting, inputting work orders; photocopying).
Maintain and develop corporate governance procedures.
Add value to office support team.
Provide administrative support to office teams (e.g., answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, greet and direct visitors, process mail, faxes, and overnight packages, maintain office equipment, photocopy, bind documents, file).
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ensure product quality and Atwell, LLC reputation.
Follow Atwell Product Quality Manual and established standards.
Interact with clients, vendors, and business contacts in a professional manner.
Coordinate and maintain all travel arrangements and itineraries for Corporate Executives.
Oversee corporate travel program for Atwell.
Administer relationships and contracts with travel vendors.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
Attend educational workshops.
Review professional and market segment publications.
Establish personal networks.
Participate in applicable professional societies and trade associations.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
10 years of executive assistant experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.
Tact, common sense, and an ability to perform under sometimes stressful conditions.
Skilled at time management.
Demonstrate an advanced understanding and application of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in booking travel (air, car, hotel etc.).
Formal training or specialized experience required in administrative or office functions.
