The Role: Bloomberg Markets Magazine is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Publisher and key leadership team members. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, and should be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The person in this role must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and should enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting the Bloomberg Markets magazine team. This individual must positively interact with team members, business areas, and external partners (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial in this role. This individual must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, a strong decision-making ability, and superior attention to detail. Responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, coordinating and organizing high-level meetings, arranging for travel, database management, reporting, expense/budget management, ad hoc projects, and related office management duties.
Qualifications: -At least 5 years of administrative work experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent communication and organization skills
Experience in the media or publishing industry is a plus
Proficiency with Salesforce helpful
