Provide high-level administrative support for the CEO and COO. Responsible for conducting research, preparing reports, creating presentations, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

High School Graduate with emphases on business/administrative classes required.
A.S. or college coursework preferred.
Minimum of ten years in the administrative field and a minimum of three years working in an executive level support role.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Ability and willingness to learn database software
Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm.
