The Executive Administrative Assistant role will provide administrative support to the Operations Executive team and the Operations Function
Provide full administrative support to the operations leadership team
Serve as assistant secretary for the Vice President, Operations and organize the production of executive presentations as required
Coordinate key meetings
Make travel arrangements and settle T&L expenses
Route/handle customer inquiries as appropriate
Process invoices through PO -Route/handle customer inquiries as appropriate
Maintain confidential data/system access integrity with all business interactions
Back-up other Administrative Assistants as need be
Other duties as assigned
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT-
Minimum 3 years administrative assistant experience in a service environment
Excellent proficiency of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Eligibility Requirements :

4 Year College Degree or Associates Degree
Administrative assistance experience in the banking/financial services industry
Prior experience supporting senior leadership such as; CEO, CFO and CIO's.
Impeccable organization and efficiency skills
Strong attention to detail
High level of integrity, confidentiality and self-confidence
Clear, concise and articulate communication skills (verbal & written)
Responsive: Able to take on adhoc assigned tasks and work flexible hours as necessary
Team player: Works well with others
Self-sufficient, self-motivated and demonstrates initiative
Ability to work with little supervision, identify opportunities and execute on projects to improve organization and efficiency of manager and team
Mature attitude; Personable and professional
Ability to interface with wide array of individuals, balance multiple tasks and maintain positive attitude and energy
