How you will contribute: This is a great opportunity to perfect your planning and organizing skills by scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and scheduling travel arrangements. Demonstrate your strong attention to detail by reporting on financial information, reviewing monthly expenditures, and monitoring expense reports. Experience Required:

What you need to qualify: Ahern will help make the most of your Associate degree in an administrative program. Three to five years of prior experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant is preferred. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and technically inclined to learn industry specific software will be essential. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial. Making decisions independently, having in depth problem-solving skills, and good time management skills will all be essential in this position.
