This is an excellent opportunity for a highly seasoned candidate with strong administrative skills to support the EVP, Integrated Supply Chain and the EVP, RDQ&I. This position is ideal for an individual adept to and has experience in interacting with various levels of senior leadership internally and externally, multi-tasking, and who demonstrates exceptional communication skills, excellent planning, problem solving and organizational skills.


Prepare presentations, documents and schedules

Manage calendar, schedules and organize meetings

Anticipate and prepare required materials for meetings

Organize and maintain filing systems

Order office supplies and ensure office equipment is in good order

Process invoices for payment

Read, sort, and prioritize incoming and outgoing mail / correspondence

Handle telephone inquiries on related areas of business

Make travel arrangements and prepare and follow-up on TRIP expense reports

Maintain sickness, absence and vacation records

Perform other duties as assigned


College Diploma in business administration

5 years administrative experience supporting Presidents, Vice Presidents and multiple Directors and Managers

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Elevated requirement for professionalism and discretion with confidential information

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Keen attention to detail, ability to exercise initiative and work independently

Adaptable to the changing requirements and the influx of various requests from Executive Team members and external organizations Task oriented and drive completion of tasks within narrow time lines

Ability to work overtime as needed

Minimal overnight travel as needed
