With your Associate's Degree and five (5) years of Global or Executive Administrative Assistant experience, or your Bachelor degree and three (3) years of Administrative Assistant experience, we would like to talk to you today!The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership team. Company preference is for this position to be based in Lexington, KY. Relocation assistance is not available.Duties and Responsibilities: As an administrative assistant, you will perform various clerical, secretarial and/or administrative duties such as typing (letters,memos), proofreading, prioritizing correspondence, maintaining files and records. You will also be responsible for receiving and screening telephone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments and making arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel. You may communicate your manager's instructions to other individuals and obtain information from various other staff members and departments. Your duties are mostly non-routine, requiring significant judgment and experience to successfully accomplish tasks without direct supervision. Additional duties include miscellaneous firm administration initiatives and reporting. Basic Qualifications: Minimum Education: Associate Degree and five (5) years' professional experience as an Executive or Global Administrative Assistant OR Bachelor Degree and three (3) years' professional experience as an Executive or Global Administrative AssistantBilingual French-English abilities highly preferred must be able to read, write, comprehend, and translate professional documents and correspondence in both French and English. Additional Qualifications: Skills include accurate typing and proofreadingExceptional PC skills (senior-level knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Powerpoint)Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling)Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skillsExercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in highly confidential situationsProcesses and applies specific knowledge to more difficult work assignments.
