Schenck SC’s Sheboygan office is looking for a motivated, proactive, team focused and skilled Executive Administrative Assistant. This position will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This is a challenging role, which calls for the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of assisting several Shareholders and Managers simultaneously. Duties include providing excellent customer service to clients, managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings using Outlook, preparing business correspondence in Word, processing statistical reports in Excel, proofreading, transcribing dictation and other general administrative duties. This position also requires the ability to quickly learn and adapt to a variety of software applications outside of Microsoft Office. Some overtime is required January – April.

The successful candidate must have five years of prior administrative experience in an office setting, the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) with professionalism in a fast-paced work environment while being flexible, detail oriented, resourceful and efficient. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of client, employee and corporate information; have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, excellent oral and written communication skills with a professional attitude and appearance.
Desired qualifications include prior experience in a professional services firm and supporting deadline driven executives. Would prefer candidates with strong project management skills and knowledge of finance.
