Currently, we are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Dallas, TX office location. This individual will perform secretarial and Executive Administrative duties for an executive or board of directors. Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment; to remain knowledgeable of corporate policies and will often called upon to interpret and communicate executive or board's intent to other employees. This position may make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.

Provide executive with Executive Administrative and secretarial support. Coordinate executive's schedule, making appointments and establishing agendas. Screen executive's phone calls and incoming mail. Arrange and coordinate business travel for executive. Coordinate division and department meetings, and arrange use of conference rooms or outside facilities.
· Perform word processing duties.
· Serve as a contact to employees, investors, or other stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
May conduct various analytical special projects, especially involving budgets and preparations for Board and senior management meetings.
· Upload Expense Reports


Formal education:

College or University, Diploma Degree, Bachelor's degree in administration or related field.
Required experiences:
One years related experience in administrative supporting. Excellent knowledge of administrative practices and procedures. Ability to manage sensitive, complex, confidential information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and presentation.
Self-motivate, takes initiative.Must be self motivated.
