Leverage your skills as an Executive Administrative Assistant to go beyond routine administrative support and position yourself as a true business partner to our Leadership team. You will serve as the right hand to our top five executives, including the CEO, and challenge your multi-tasking and prioritization abilities while also expanding your business experience and skills. You'll not only handle the day-to-day administrative details (such as calendaring, travel arrangements etc.), but also provide support in coordinating reports and high-level presentations, as well as performing a variety of ad-hoc duties and projects. Pivotal to your success will be a proactive, service-oriented attitude as you keep a lot of balls in the air and stay flexible to our needs in an dynamic environment. Communication, problem solving and reliability are at the heart of this role as you support diverse stakeholders with poise and professionalism and demonstrate sensitivity in handling confidential information.

To be a good fit for the Executive Administrative Assistant opportunity, you should have:

  • A minimum of five years of executive administrative experience.
  • A high school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience creating executive level presentations.
  • Experience supporting high-level tasks including Board of Directors meetings.
  • Excellent MS Office Suite skills, specifically with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
