Large non-profit organization serving individuals with disabilities and their families throughout Chautauqua County seeks to fill the position of Executive Administrative Assistant for our Executive Management team. The successful candidate will professionally represent our management team and organization to internal and external customers.
Thorough knowledge of office management including excellent customer relation skills, computer skills including powerpoint, excel and word. Excellent corporate and administrative meetings’ recording and transcription skills. Demonstrated capacity of handling extremely confidential information in a trustworthy manner. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain the smooth functioning of the Executive Office, including making and carrying out independent decisions, with or without supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with the entire Management Team as well as with community, State and Federal pertinent individuals and entities on a professional basis on behalf of the Executive Director. Must possess supervisory skills. Flexibility and willingness and ability to travel for work and to work non-traditional hours as needed and as responsibilities dictate. Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the job.
Two year degree in secretarial, administrative professional, office technology, communications, office management, or other related degree program. Must possess a minimum of four (4) years experience as Administrative or Executive Secretary or equivalent level, including a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
