The Executive Operations Associate will report directly to the firm’s CEO and team of founders providing project, administrative, and business (operational) support. The level of exposure to Primatics key decision makers makes this a truly unique opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of service excellence, be solutions oriented and highly organized. We’re looking for someone who realizes the leadership exposure this role affords and takes a proactive and innovative approach to executive support and project management. The Corporate Services Department is a fast-paced team that supports Primatics entire employee base of over 300 professionals. We rely on our expertise, professionalism, and resourcefulness as keystones to organizational success.

Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis

Assists with project control throughout project life cycle

Gain a comprehensive understanding of Primatics products, competitive environment and market to better support functional initiatives

Provides administrative support to executive team including:
Facilitate executive calendar and arrange meeting schedule, including logistics

Arranging travel schedules and itineraries

Prepare presentation materials and communications

Document meeting minutes

Handle administrative management of budget and expenditures

Required Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/Business Admin or related discipline, MBA preferred

1 -2 years of experience in executive administrative and/or project management support role

Outstanding customer service skills

Elite proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem solving and decision making skills

Energetic, passionate and committed to achieving results

Able to collaborate effectively with cross functional groups

Capable of adapting to quickly varying situations while maintaining a high attention to detail

Ideal Experience

Interest in or experience working for high growth software company

Previous experience in assembling Board Level presentations

Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental accounting and finance principles

Good fundamental working knowledge of administrative procedures within an office environment
