CEB Corporate Strategy Board is seeking an Executive Advisor (Associate Director-level) to join our team in North America. Executive Advisors are responsible for providing timely, targeted advice to strategists and corporate development executives in live and phone-based settings. This individual supports the revenue teams and collaborates with the research teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivers customized insights and advice to strategy and corporate developmentexecutives in North America through phone interactions; insights are based on CSB research and knowledge built up from past interactions with strategists

Facilitates live workshops and does live presentations for individual clients to help them solve pressing strategy and corporate development challenges

Facilitates multi-member roundtables (AERs) on emerging strategy and corporate development topics

Runs strategy and corporate development topic-focused webinars

Partners with revenue team (in-person meetings, webinars, phone calls, written correspondence) to engage customers, diagnose customer needs, align CSB research and services to these needs, and demonstrate urgency for the revenue transaction.

Supports CSB’s effective market positioning through understanding key competitors, developing messaging around key product differentiators, and contributes to the creation of internal/external sales collateral as needed.

Partners with revenue team to create service plans and targeted utilization strategies for members that drive commercial outcomes.

Supports the creation of new and/or improved products and services by providing market feedback to department leadership and research team.

Provides market insights to the research team to support the development of new resarch.

Provides scripting for revenue team to support individual sales or service interactions; coaches team members as needed.

Education/Experience Requirements

Graduated with exceptional performance in undergraduate/graduate academics

MBA, JD, or other graduate degrees preferred
