This role provides administrative support to senior television executives for the Comedy Central channel.
Provide administrative support for senior television network executives
Manage their day to day calendar by coordinating meetings and conference calls. This includes staying on top of updating them throughout the day regarding changes
Responsible of all office materials incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, dubbing, etc.
Support and maintain the needs of the Programming and Acquisition department in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment. Assist the team in preparing documents and updating materials as needed
Schedule all travel arrangements and handle expense reports
Issue monthly usage reports to studios for plays of specific titles
Update Acquisition Database and Deal Memos
Facilitate acquisition invoices for payments to motion picture studios and production companies. Act as the liaison with Business Affairs and Finance departments.
Allocate show tickets to tapings and special events
Bachelor’s Degree, 1-2 years business experience a plus
Excellent communication, organizational & writing skills, strong interpersonal skills. Must be a team player
Candidate should be detail-oriented and a multi-tasker
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
(E-mail and calendar)
A strong interest in television programming or acquisitions a plus
Able to perform efficiently & professionally under stress and deadlines
