where you will work with the Regional President. As a member of the PNC team and a key partner to Regional President you will help prioritize and maintain the necessary pace so communications and direction can be provided timely. Your role is the primary center for gathering, organizing and distributing important department data.

As the administrative arm within the management structure supporting our Regional President, the team will look to you for guidance and support. A typical day will be filled with a wide range of administrative duties as well as interaction with mangers inside and outside your department to help manage the workflow of the office. Your partnership with the Regional President and your knowledge of business policies and procedures will help you respond to internal and external customer inquiries and delegate resolutions. You will combine autonomy and strong support in this job, as you use your experience to respond to routine issues and varying requests. No two days are the same in this fast paced environment. Your communication skills, organizational skills and ability to juggle schedules will be put to use daily. As an accomplished professional, your capable, yet approachable demeanor will represent our team members and our department's function with pride.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:


At least 8 years of administrative/secretarial experience required.


Associate's degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent required


Advanced word processing, typing, transcription and PC skills.


Ability to interact effectively with management at all levels as well as board members.


Ability to make routine decisions in the manager's absence.


Ability to work independently and direct the work of others.


Excellent communication and organizational skills.
