West Los Angles - A local leading organization is currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to assist a CEO for a long-term temporary to hire opportunity. The main requirements for this role is as follow: * Bachelor's degree required * Work experience in a Financial Industry is required * 4 to 6 years experience working as an Executive Administrative Assistant to a CEO ¿

Bachelor's degree required ¿
Work experience in the Financial Industry required ¿
3 to 4 years experience working as an Executive Administrative Assistant to a CEO ¿
Extensive experience managing calendars, phones, client relations management; ¿
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ¿
Excellent use of Outlook and Microsoft office including PowerPoint ¿
Great presentation skills ¿
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. ¿
Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. ¿
Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. ¿
Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies. ¿
Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters. ¿
Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. ¿
Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions. ¿
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
