Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, LLC. is currently seeking candidates to provide program and financial management support, administrative support, and ADP support associated with accomplishing both the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) and Saudi Naval Project Office (SNPO) objectives as requested by the Assistant Defense Attaché for Naval Affairs (ADANA). Support for these endeavors will include both naval and aviation technical and engineering expertise to support the current SNEP I program as requested by the ADANA.
The Saudi Naval Expansion Program (SNEP I) is a comprehensive on-going program to provide ships, equipment, infrastructure, training, communications, ordnance, supply support, and augmentation of the RSNF shore establishment needed for the RSNF to develop and maintain an operational navy, Marine and special forces.
a) Perform a variety and range from routine to complex of administrative, clerical and office duties in support of the Program Manager (PM).
b) Maintain a calendar of the PM’s activities, meetings, and various events; schedule conferences, travel and meetings, including coordinating room set up and preparation of agenda.
c) Screen telephone calls; respond to requests for information on regulations, procedures, systems, and precedents relating to assigned responsibilities.
d) Assemble and/or coordinate the preparation of various reports, memoranda, correspondence, and various documentation and presentation material, of a technical or confidential nature, transcribe and type minutes.
e) Review, research, and summarize a variety of fiscal, statistical, and administrative information including department payroll.
f) Type drafts and a wide variety of finished documents from notes, brief instruction, or printed materials; initiate correspondence independently for signature by appropriate executive staff; review materials for completeness, accuracy, format, and compliance with
policies and procedures.
g) Design, establish, organize and maintain various administrative, reference, and follow-up file system(s).
h) Participate and assist in the preparation of the budget; attend budget meetings; monitor expenditures and recommend budgetary adjustments.
i) Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives; implement approved policies and procedures, recommend improvements in work flow, procedures, and use of equipment and forms.
j) Monitor and enforce program compliance with laws, rules, and regulations related to provision of assigned department services.
k) May oversee the work of lower level clerical support staff as required.
l) Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
a) Bilingual Capability in Arabic and English, proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
b) Must be either a US citizen or a US permanent resident with a minimum of 3 years legal residency in the US (as required by The Deputy Secretary of Defense DTM 08-006 or its subsequent DoD instruction) and must have a favorably completed National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) including a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check.
