looking for a talented, upbeat individual to be the
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT at our REDMOND
HOME OFFICE .
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in keeping our
Executive Team operating effectively.
This position provides administrative support for the President, WA Vice
President of Operations and CA Senior Vice President of Operations. He/she serves as a liaison with our Regional
and Community Executives.

closely with management team, employees, vendors and visitors as required.
in conjunction with others, he/she is responsible for detailed project
organizes, and coordinates meetings, conferences, and events. Assists with pre-meeting documents,
presentations, agenda creation and travel arrangements.

reports and presentations.

minutes of meetings and perform other administrative duties.

Office, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
