Áegis Living is looking for a talented, upbeat individual to be the

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT at our REDMOND HOME OFFICE .

The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in keeping our Executive Team operating effectively. This position provides administrative support for the President, WA Vice President of Operations and CA Senior Vice President of Operations. He/she serves as a liaison with our Regional and Community Executives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides overall administrative support for the President, WA VP of Operations and CA VP of Operations.
  • Work closely with management team, employees, vendors and visitors as required.
  • Working in conjunction with others, he/she is responsible for detailed project coordination.
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates meetings, conferences, and events. Assists with pre-meeting documents, presentations, agenda creation and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinates data from a number of sources to compile technical reports, financial reports and presentations.
  • Create, maintain, and update various databases, reports and data for management reporting purposes. Will draft correspondence, edit documents, take minutes of meetings and perform other administrative duties.
  • Responsible for office oversight. Manages facilities requests and acts as building manager. Front Desk Receptionist reports directly to the Executive Assistant.

Requirements:
  • Five or more years in providing administrative support to C-Level Executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and has demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
  • Advanced knowledge of computers, internet and software applications including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills. Upbeat, positive, poised professional with excellent customer service skills.
