Job Description

This position will require someone that can adjust direction in response to changing situations, accommodate different working styles, and prioritize their own work and tasks. This position offers a wide variety of administrative functions, as well as the responsibility for executive-level interfaces, working closely with the CEO and other Executives.
Carries out a variety of assignments, which generally include coordinating meetings, prepares or composes correspondence, reports/spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, meeting minutes and other written documents as needed. Maintains the Executives calendar and schedule. Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares expense reports and tracks travel costs. Prepares reports to management defining problem, evaluation, and possible solutions to improve communications, tracking, or other business systems or methods. Excellent organizational, analytical and written communication skills.

Qualifications

Requires five (5) years directly related corporate or executive office experience. Excellent PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications and experience creating detailed spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes. Ability to deal with confidential information. Ability to write professional reports, and presentations. Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Ability to work effectively in a team environment Demonstrates a high degree of personal and professional integrity.
