The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for the CEO, VP of Sales and VP of Client Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, confidence, integrity, candor and a sense of humor. Professional company representative to both internal and external constituencies.
Overall calendar management for the CEO, VP of Sales and VP of Client Services. This involves managing multiple competing requests for face to face, as well as teleconference meetings.
Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing and distributing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities and travel arrangements – domestic and international, private and commercial.
Assist in preparation for board meetings, executive team meetings, company meetings, business reviews, etc.
Handle heavy incoming communication (phone and email) from high level executives and respond, as appropriate.
Complete expense reports and process invoices.
Demonstrate high level of professionalism in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
Education & Experience
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and tech savvy.
Strong familiarity with smart phones and similar devices.
Proven track record of success at supporting C-Level executives in demanding environments.
