We are looking for a smart, polished, energetic and versatile executive assistant to support our four owners who work in a fast-paced challenging environment. In this highly visible role you will be involved in a wide variety of activities from managing travel arrangements, coordinating schedules and meetings, providing administrative support, as well as handling tasks to support the company’s Gaithersburg office needs as a liaison to the building and other support groups.

Superior verbal/written English communication skills, including excellent grammatical, editing and proofreading skills

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Concur and web browsers

Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgment

Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to be socially perceptive in accepting and relaying confidential information, communicating policies and procedures, and interacting effectively with employees, customers, partners and vendors

Proven ability to work with confidential information as well as deal responsibly and professionally with sensitive information

Must be a self-starting, creative problem-solver, who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and can operate independently
