The Executive Assistant position is a hybrid role that will support both our President & CEO, as well as other Corporate department support. This person will be the primary support person for our CEO and responsible for day to day support.
Provide executive support to our President & CEO including:
•Create/edit executive PowerPoint presentations
•Create the CEO Newsletter
•Travel arrangements/executive calendar
•Event management including the facilitation of on and off-site meetings
•Board of Director and Shareholder communication
•Phone screening and other general executive support responsibilities
Corporate Support responsibilities include:
•Update and maintain both the COCC public and client websites
•Client and internal communications
•Assist in employee training initiative
•Participate in the publishing of COCC company newsletter
•Contribute to the creative process, idea generation and employee event planning
•3 to 5 years experience in administrative support role
•Positive attitude and willingness/ability to communicate at all levels
•High-level customer service skills and follow-up
•Advanced level Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and including Word, Excel and Outlook
•Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications
•Communicate and provide information effectively by relevant methods internally and externally
•Able to think creatively and present solutions to roadblocks
•Takes the initiative to learn, willing/able to learn new software applications
•Able to work both independently and on a team
•Attention to detail, proofreading and editing skills
•Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
