Evolent Health is looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Evolent team. This Executive Assistant will play a critical role in executing Evolent Health’s aggressive growth plans. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Executive Assistant will help ensure a productive work environment for up to three executives at Evolent Health by ensuring that their time is organized efficiently and productively based on their goals. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and able to look at the bigger picture.
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and reporting expenses.
Maintain calendars and daily schedules in a proactive, forward-thinking fashion for the supported executives.
Schedule complex external client and partner meetings that involve executives from multiple organizations.
Schedule internal meetings by working closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure that schedules are aligned for all Evolent team members.
Communicate professionally and effectively with C-Suite level executives and their support staff to ensure that meetings are scheduled promptly and appropriately.
Greet guests of the supported executives, including business partners and interview candidates.
Send and receive mailings as needed.
Additional Responsibilities and Job Duties
Assist in the creation, formatting, and distribution of agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and other materials for both internal and external meetings.
Handle information of a confidential nature on a regular basis and ensure that it is distributed or stored properly.
Assist the Operations Manager on other Operations tasks as needed. (Ex. – onboaring future Executive Assistants or managing certain vendor relationships).
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience providing executive assistance to C-suite level executives.
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt to change, and work well under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment.
