Fossil is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CFO. This person will be responsible for the following:

Providing administrative support with critical meetings, calendaring, expense reporting, presentations, travel details and schedules, and additional ad hoc requests.

Scheduling and preparing materials for staff meetings; taking and ensuring next steps are communicated and implemented.

Coordinating and processing a wide range of administrative responsibilities associated with the preparation of Board, committee, staff, and other meetings.

Maintaining confidential information in a professional manner.

Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to self-direct and prioritize; excellent time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail; relentless follow through and follow up skills.

Well organized, efficient and persistent; ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility, creativity, and optimistic to new challenges.

Resourceful problem-solver with experience in organizing others to accomplish projects.

Willingness to take charge and think ahead.

A sense of humor and poise under pressure.

Required Experience

4 year degree preferred.

5-7 years experience supporting executive management.
