Provide skilled, efficient clerical and administrative support to the Foundation president and other team members. Assists with on-going activities such as board meetings, general meetings, special events, conference calls, communications, and special projects. Requires a high level of professionalism, initiative, independence, and confidentiality.

General support – Provide administrative support for Foundation staff including, but not limited to preparing correspondence, scheduling and orchestrating meetings, managing documents, replying to inquiries, and proofreading, preparation and distribution of documents and other materials. Assist in the maintenance of grant, financial, and organization files.
Financial and Investment support – Assist the President in preparing and submitting investment documentations. Manage the cash accounts, including bank transfers. Process Foundation invoices, mail checks, and maintain necessary financial records.
Grants Management support – Assist with grants management activities, including data entry, generating and mailing correspondence, and ensuring the integrity of the data in the MicroEdge Gifts database.
Program Administration support – Assist in administration of Associate and Foundation programs, including preparing correspondence and meeting/event coordination.
Other duties as assigned.
Associates degree or some college experience or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
5+ years of executive level administration experience
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form with diverse audiences
High level of confidentiality
Effective organization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail
Previous project management experience
Previous experience working with a database (i.e. MicroEdge Gifts for Windows)
