This position will require the candidate to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties. . Responds to requested information concerning office policies and procedures, performs records management functions, schedules appointments, prepares and tracks travel requests, makes arrangements for conferences and meetings, and assembles required materials.
Reviews outgoing correspondence and materials for consistency and conformance. Coordinates personnel and administrative forms and forwards for processing.
Greets and announces visitors.
5 years of relevant experience performing administrative duties.
Candidate must be a qualified typist and have knowledge of principles and practices of office management.
Must have excellent proficiency on computer workstations to specifically include working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally
Must be able to successfully obtain an Active Security Clearance
