Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Someone familiar with managing a high tempo environment
Coordinates well and maintains calendars for several key executives.
Setting up and coordinates all meetings
Making travel arrangements, manages itineraries and travel authorizations for several key executives
Manages expense reports
Work with Business Development team to schedule gate reviews
Ordering equipment and business cards for executives
Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when needed.
Ordering food for meeting when needed
Printing, scanning, and coping items when asked
Preparing binders for various meetings.
Taking phone messages, responding in timely fashion.
Putting requests on the conference room calendar
Working in tandem with other Administrative personnel to schedule important meetings with whom they support
Proficient in microsoft office products
Clearance Required: Ability to obtain/maintain secret clearance
