This position provides executive-level administrative
support and assistance to a Sr. Vice-President and a
Vice-President of MorphoTrak. The Executive Assistant is
an integral part of the success of the management team
and is depended upon to provide exceptional problem
solving and administrative skills in support these
executives. Handles a wide variety of complex and
confidential situations and resolves conflicts involving
specific administrative functions of the corporation.
This is a small office with 15 employees at the
location. This person will support the executive, answer
the phones, and maintain the office. One moment you may
be assisting the executive and the next moment you may
be packaging up something that needs to go out overnight
that day or cleaning up the conference room to get it
ready for the next meeting.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

responsibility in administrative support; at least 3
