Immediate open position for a Executive Assistant. Seeking a candidate with outstanding communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Will be responsible for creating office memos, letters, check request, office memos, meeting minutes, notes, etc. Ability to interface with all levels of the organization in a detail oriented manner, including senior and executive management, as well as outside agencies. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Detail oriented is a must.
Intermediate skills in Word, Microsoft Office,(Excel and Power Point a plus) Experience within the real estate industry and property management is a plus.
