Our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant (EA) to perform administrative duties for the executive management at a growing company. Executive Assistant(EA) responsibilities include screening calls, planning travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and data, training and supervising support staff, and customer relations.

To succeed as Executive Assistant in this company, you must have strong software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) as well as Internet research skills. Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors, are required.
