An executive assistant plays a very crucial role here at OpenX. The following are regular duties that an executive assistant needs to perform on a daily basis:
Maintain executive’s calendars (g-cal).
Schedule executive’s meetings.
Assist in all possible works such as meetings, preparing documents, and power-point presentations.
Respond to emails received from clients and concerned party members without fail.
Complete assigned work at given time without any delay.
Report to the executive with completion of given work by end of day.
Update executive about appointments with clients and various meetings.
Ensure client’s satisfaction with company services.
Acquire complete knowledge of all changes that take place and update all appropriate staff members.
Arrange all travel plans both domestic and international.
Process expense reports and reimbursements.
At least 3-4 years of experience supporting CEO's/ EVP’s/SVP’s/VP’s.
Ability to think 5 steps ahead of the executives you will support.
Stellar in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail.
Experience putting together multiple PowerPoint presentations.
Juggling and scheduling multiple calendars at once.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Ability to problem solve on the spot.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Quick learner with the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize clearly.
Proactive - identifies areas to improve and jumps on them.
Mac or PC proficient.
Can come into work 5 days a week / no work from home.
Experience in the tech world a plus.
