Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree with a 3.0+ GPA from a four year college or university and two years of marketing or assistant experience

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.

Job Description :
Overview : Under limited
supervision; understands and promotes the mission of the company, functions as
the key support person in the management, coordination, and implementation of
the operations of the Client Services team, and provides confidential support
to the Vice President and his team.

Assistant to perform a wide range of high level support
to Vice President of Client Services.
Interfacing with key internal and external contacts and helping to
improve the efficiency of the Client Services Leadership Team.

Assist with
management of projects, meeting and travel coordination.

High level of
professionalism required in order to communicate appropriately and effectively
with internal and external strategic partners.

Initiative and
judgment are required in the absence of specific directions from the executive.
Serve as a liaison with others within and outside the company regarding
administration of the Client Services Team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Interface with all levels of the organization and liaison with outside vendors.

Contact key executives, external management
personnel and other persons important to the company to transmit
information and obtain data. Represent Vice President at various meetings,
both internal and external to the company. Follow up with departmental management to ensure
deadlines are met for reports as required by the Vice President Work with the Assistant to the President to
provide reception desk coverage for the Office Administrator on an as
needed basis.

Provide support to the Vice President, requiring judgment and
initiative.

Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas,
reserve and prepare facilities. Coordinate Vice President’s schedule, make
appointments arrange, and coordinate travel schedules. Perform confidential and complex duties involving
preparing and assembling PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets; and
MS Word documents Answer, screen and direct incoming calls of a
complex nature, determining those that can be handled by subordinates to
the executives. Organize and maintain confidential file system
and file correspondence and other records. Sort and distribute incoming mail, as well as
prepare outgoing mail and other correspondence. Respond to incoming mail
and other materials not requiring the attention of the executive. Works collaboratively with the Client Manager
team and the rest of Senior Leadership to continue business development Develop and maintain organizational charts for
the Client Services organization and the company as a whole.

Assist in the preparation of
administrative reports, perform difficult and/or sensitive information
gathering, compute statistics and distribute such reports to the appropriate
people.

Assist with management of projects as
assigned by Vice President.
