Plan, perform and facilitate a broad range of administrative support services to support the executive by prioritizing and working independently on assigned projects and activities.
Schedule events, conference calls, meetings and prepares support materials for these events.
Fine tune administrative effectiveness by reviewing old files in accordance with System retention policies, organizes and maintains working document systems, establishes distribution lists for various committees, councils and groups.
Manage the coordination and executive of event planning activities for large, complex meetings, events and retreats.
Coordinate travel schedules, executive calendar and meetings to ensure timely and accurate execution. Administers requests for expense reports, check requests and other budgetary/financial documents as necessary.
Create efficient and accurate procedures to handle and track the status of materials and documents for special mailings and projects.
Interface with high level internal/external contacts requiring extensive discretion and initiative to carry out a wide variety of assignments.
Required qualifications for this position include:
A minimum of the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of relevant, post-secondary education/training in English, liberal arts, business or related subjects, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
5 or more years of experience as an senior administrative/executive assistant.
2 or more years supporting a senior executive in a large, complex organization.
