As the Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Information Officer, you will provide senior level administrative support in a dynamic executive setting. Confidentiality and professionalism are required.
Responsibilities:
Function as the "chief of staff" to help manage and execute critical projects
Provide the CIO with administrative and operational support
Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
Greeting guests when necessary
Booking travel services
Providing an excellent support service to the CIO and the IT departments when required
Receiving invoices and raising purchase orders.
Direct support for the CIO primarily centered on calendaring, meeting management, email management and travel planning.
Collaborate with various staff and departments in preparing special projects, reports, data analyses and presentations
Establish lead role in coordinating events, activities and information flow within the IT organization.
Develop and establish a global communications hub to ensure alignment of all key activities of the CIO’s organization.
Develop a master calendar incorporating various perspectives of business timelines (off-sites, staff meetings, etc)
Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines
Required Skills:
Incredibly bright, high energy individual with a passion to learn and contribute
Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process
Strong team work skills; and strong ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work effectively with all personalities
Ability to be flexible in response to changing needs and priorities
In-depth knowledge of company protocol and business issues/needs
Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines
Able to handle confidential information of highest level
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of Outlook and scheduling features, MS Word. PowerPoint, and Excel
Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of applicable experience
