The SAVVIS Executive Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Senior Executive as needed. The SAVVIS Executive Assistant is accountable for the day-to-day support of one or more executives.
Handle confidential matters and information with discretion and diplomacy
Effectively coordinate calendars and assist with schedules

5 years experience supporting executive level management in an office environment
Intermediate level of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Capable of dealing with unanticipated events and assignments on a continual basis
Ability to get along with wide range of people at all levels; team player
