Associates degree is required
Provides project, office management and secretarial support for our Planning & Marketing, Pastoral Care Department and other departments.
Performs routine typing, filing, and dissemination of information.
Provides scheduling of rooms and meetings.
Serves as receptionist for all divisions.
Associates degree required with at least three years experience in an executive assistant role or Bachelors Degree will be considered.
Strong computer skills required including the ability to create charts/tables within word processing documents as well as working knowledge of MS Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Meditech knowledge helpful.
Minimum typing skill of 30 wpm (TEST ADMINISTERED IN HR).
Some project management experience.
A high degree of organizational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Must be able to set assignment priorities and work independently with a minimum amount of supervision to complete tasks within a specified period of time.
