SAY Media is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant with strong project management skills to support the Editor-In-Chief of a high profile lifestyle site.
You must have extensive experience managing all aspects of an executive’s busy schedule and workload, with a strong focus on managing his/her ever-changing calendar, making complex travel arrangements, and interfacing with senior executives and other key constituents.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a capable writer with strong attention to detail, and enjoys challenging new projects outside the scope of traditional executive assistant responsibilities.
You are highly professional, proactive and organized, yet comfortable dealing with last minute changes in a fast paced, ever-changing creative environment. Minimum 2+ years as an Executive Assistant to senior executives
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong project management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities
Strong sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast paced environment
Proactive individual at anticipating needs and changing demands
Initiative, resourcefulness and problem solving ability
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in creative writing preferred
