5-8 years of administrative experience in supporting dynamic managers in high tech industry.
Strong customer/employee interface skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional organizational skills required. Ability to meet designated deadlines is also a critical qualification.
Upbeat and enthusiastic attitude, demonstrating a true passion for both the Company and the position.
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts to the organization in a highly professional manner.
Ability to interface well with all departments within the Company and comply with established policies/procedures.

Calendar & meeting management using.
Assist all staff with meeting location management and greeting guests & visitors.
Review and distribute mail w/ramp up ability to determine level of importance.
Expense report preparation with awareness of documentation requirements per company policy.
Domestic and international travel planning and preparation with complete itinerary provided as required.
Participation in administrative cross-functional support as needed by administrative staff.
Update department organizational charts as needed for department use.
Develop and/or modify presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Prepare POs when required. Have invoices approved and then hand off to A/P.
Work with Facilities & HR to ensure smooth on-boarding of all new hires in both supported departments.
