Executive Assistant

Support the Executive Vice President in the following capacities:
  • Serve as liaison between the Executive Vice President’s office and other leadership, as well other major divisions such as Marketing, Account Management, Creative Services, Syndicated Research
  • Maintain calendars, schedule internal meetings and arrange appointments
  • Handle confidential documents and other communications with absolute discretion
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Involvement in various Marketing initiatives (Web strategy and design, competitor research, marketing messaging and strategy)
  • Development and creation of Board of Director presentations regarding firm-wide status
  • Assist in planning of community service programs including volunteer and pro-bono consulting
  • Coordinate “Chairman’s Circle” development program for top performers
  • Plan department events (i.e. retreats, outings, in-day training activities)

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent academic record
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess at least two of the following
    • Leadership experience
    • Customer service experience
    • Experience working in a team environment
    • Experience working in an office
    • Experience working with senior executives
