2 Month Temporary Assignment

Our client is a Canadian organization with diversified business interests. At this time they are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to their President on a short-term basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting a busy C-level executive with travel coordination, calendar management and assisting with various other administrative requirements. If you are an experienced Executive Assistant who is looking for a short term role in June and July, this may be the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage telephone and email messages on behalf of the President
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • Liaise with external contacts and stakeholders
  • Assist with administrative functions related to President's involvement on various Boards
  • Provide calendar management and schedule meetings for a very busy President
  • Assist with other projects and administrative functions as required
Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience providing support to C-Level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and busy calendar
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong organization skills and strong judgment
