We are seeking an energetic, polished and self-motivated Executive Administrative Assistan for our San Antonio, TX office. The ideal candidate will be experienced in supporting extremely busy executive schedules including a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.

The Executive Administrative Assistant will possess the ability to independently take initiative, complete tasks and projects quickly; anticipate and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events; take effective action and efficiently and creatively solve problems as needed. The ability to interact with all levels both internally and externally including government officials and senior executives of high caliber organizations is critical. This individual must be pro-active and able to adapt quickly to meet changing deadlines and priorities.

Administrative support

Extremely busy scheduling and c alendar management

Creation and editing of documents (legal documents, correspondence, memo, reports, etc.)

Distribution or communication of confidential and/or sensitive information

Detailed meeting coordination and preparation

Travel arrangement and expense report preparation

Open, sort, and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail

Review files and records to obtain information to respond to requests

10 years in an administrative assistant capacity with a minimum of 5 years in an executive administrative support role

Solid Microsoft Office knowledge is required

Professional presentation and demeanor

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to stay focused under pressure and time constraints

Superior organizational and problem solving skills

Extremely detail oriented
