Scope of Responsibilities:
Tyco is seeking a high energy, experienced, professional Eecutive Administrative Assistant to support the following executives: Chief Operating Officer-Installation & Services; Chief Financial Officer-Installation & Services; Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and their immediate staff. This role is based in Princeton NJ. The Executive Assistant professionally represents these executives to all internal and external stakeholders and has the following responsibilities:

Manages and maintains the executive's calendars and handles requests for meetings, speaking engagements, conference calls, and interviews.

Schedules internal and external meetings, conference calls, videoconferences and webinars; coordinates meeting materials, agendas, and necessary logistics; takes initiative to follow-up on pending action items.

Prepares and delivers daily briefings on key events, meetings, travel and other calendar items. Keeps executive's informed and connected with current events in the organization and aware of upcoming commitments.

Coordinates and manages travel arrangements, prepares travel itineraries and prepares/submits executive's expense reports.

Prepares and edits slides, meeting minutes, non-disclosure agreements, memos, letters, spreadsheets and databases using the MS Office suite.

Reviews and prioritizes phone calls, correspondence and items for signature to determine significance; directs matters to appropriate individuals and handles routine matters without interruption to executive.

Initiates phone calls to a variety of internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the leaders.

Coordinates work through available resources such as other assistants, functions and support groups.

Maintains a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment.

Provides assistance to and coverage for other administrative and executive assistants as needed

Qualifications

Experience & Key Characteristics:
High school diploma or equivalent, with 10 years of experience, including 3+ years of proven experience supporting senior executive global leaders. Associates Degree a plus.

High-level of proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Must be a team player with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to interface well with individuals at every level in the organization including within their departments, other functional groups, and senior management.

Must consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and discretion

Strong customer service with a high attention to detail

Should demonstrate a high level of confidence, integrity and motivation

Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with the ability to multi-task and adjust quickly to changing priorities.

Strong business aptitude with an ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet project deadlines.

Must be able to work overtime on occasion as needed.
