This position provides administrative/secretarial support to the President/CEO and Vice President, Physician Services demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. PREREQUISITES: • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). • Business/Secretarial School or equivalent experience. • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred. ESSENTIAL JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: • Excellent organizational skills. • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. • Experience with Outlook. • Ability to type with speed and accuracy. • Five (5) years progressive experience. • Ability to maintain and update the computer competencies as required for the position. PREFERRED JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE: • Two (2) years Executive Secretarial experience.
