As an Executive Assistant you will have to provide executive/administrative support to Director in a fast-paced environment. You are expected to perform duties of preparing materials for meetings, presentations and business communications ahead of time and compiling special reports, letters and memos as required. To arrange meetings, travels, lunches and company events & have to interact with Executives, CEOs, Presidents and Executives of other companies as well as third party vendors, corporate partners, visitors and department team heads. In addition, you will have to provide effective support the sales team in the areas of contract administration and approval process, develop extensive understanding of our business and internal operations and continuously improve and streamline processes and procedures, handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information. Moreover, you will perform other duties as assigned such as travel arrangement and expense claim.
Degree holder with 5+ years of experience in administrative or executive assistant capacity and experience in working for multinational companies;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as strong internet skills;
Possess excellent planning and organizational skills and must be able to handle multiple projects and changing priorities with professionalism;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively and courteously with people at different levels within the organization;
Attention to details, high accuracy and excellent follow-through;
Able to maintain confidentiality of all materials / information, at all levels;
Demonstrate the ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent and sound judgment;
Fast learner, self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges;
Passionate for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices.
Have a collaborative work style, be exceptionally well-organized;
Be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision except on extraordinary projects and relies on overall objectives and general policy as guidelines to handle duties, which are diverse in scope and complexity;
